Our cocktail bar offers both comfort and style, combining luxurious contemporary soft crushed velvet furniture, subtle lighting and a stunning view of the Lord Mayor’s private garden.

 

At FIRE we believe in using the finest possible ingredients in our food,  the same philosophy applies to our extensive beverage list.

Each of our spirits, liqueurs and wines are extensively researched to ensure that only the best is available. With our gins, vodkas and rums we have looked to find both interesting characteristics and flavours.

We also treat our cocktails like our food, starting from scratch with our own signature cocktails or a modern twist on a classic.

We analyse each component finding the best possible liqueurs, spirits and juices which are available in Ireland today.
