FIRE Steakhouse & Bar secures an exclusive partnership with Brotte Wine

Dublin restaurants, FIRE Steakhouse & Bar and SOLE Seafood & Grill, are delighted to announce their exclusive partnership with the esteemed Brotte vineyard in the Southern Rhone Valley in France.
This comes as the Laudun appellation in Côtes du Rhône Villages is being promoted to Cru status.

Known by wine connoisseurs across Europe as Maison Brotte, the distinguished wine producer in the Rhône Valley of France, was established in 1931 by Charles Brotte and has remained a family affair for 5 generations.
Today, brothers Thibault and Benoît Brotte uphold the family legacy, combining traditional winemaking methods with modern technology to produce wines that reflect the character of the Côtes du Rhône Valley while ensuring consistency and quality of produce.

 

The Brotte brothers share a dedication to producing wines of the highest standard, evident in their meticulous vineyard management and careful selection of grapes.
This partnership with FIRE & SOLE, two sister restaurants in Dublin, creates a unique connection, bringing together two sets of siblings passionate about their craft.

The exclusive Brotte selection now available at FIRE & SOLE includes Bord Elégance Rouge, a well-balanced aroma of black fruit, spice, hints of mint, violets and vanilla.
The wild berry and black cherry aromas perfectly match those found on the nose. The finish is long and pleasant in which the Grenache shows its full potential.

Cured Salmon served with Bord Elégance Blanc

The second wine is Bord Elégance Blanc, a bright, deep golden yellow hue – very complex and fragrant.
In its early youth, the nose is fresh with green apple and citrus aromas and a touch of hazelnut.
After a year of cellar-ageing, the palate becomes even more harmonious and complex with ripe yellow fruit, acacia honey, vanilla and lemon peel flavours.
